So far I've only seen it on Delphine and one other (who I believe was a mod NPC but I can't recall). This graphics glitch, having the face/head completely missing except for the teeth/mouth seems to only affect certain specific female NPCs. But surprisingly, everything seems to work just fine! Except for one, very disconcerting thing: I also was kind of an idiot and dove headlong into having ten garillion mods all at once. So while this is not my first time modding Skyrim, it is the first time in 3 years and I had forgotten everything I did the first time.
